I first met Denise almost 4 years ago. We lived on a 250 foot up hill drive -way, which Denise walked up with a smile on her face and introduced herself . It was truly meant to be as my husband and I were calling an agent that night to list our home. Denise was just starting out in real estate, and We decided to give her a go on selling our home. Denise was so involved with our selling and buying journey and made everything so easy for us! A couple of years after Denise sold our house, we called on her again . She once again sold and helped us buy another home! We not only think Denise is an amazing realtor but we are now proud to cal her our friend ! We highly recommend Denise Hansen for your realtor . Buying a home is never easy, but when you live in another province it's even more challenging and stressful. But Denise made this experience wonderful for me. She was very thorough and walked me through the home while on video chat. I think the best thing was her honesty. She would tell me if the house was not worth the money or what truly was wrong with the home since I couldn't be there in person. I didn't feel she was trying to make a quick sale, I felt she had my true interest at heart. I will be definitely using Denise again in the future and highly recommend!!

When it came time to make that very hard decision to sell our family home, Denise was nothing but compassionate and caring throughout the whole ordeal. She was introduced to us through a mutual acquaintance and I’m so happy that she was there. Our family home was in need of repairs that we were not able to do prior to putting the house up for sale but she seen the potential and reassured us that it would sell. With her help and guidance she wasn’t wrong! Within hours of it being on the market there was major interest in the property. Within a week there was a solid offer and after a few hiccups it was sold! She made it seem seamless and easy but she worked very hard to make it happen. Denise is not only an incredible, passionate and hard working realtor, she is an honest, trustworthy and inspirational person and now friend. Denise helped us move to New Brunswick from the UK during the height of the pandemic when borders were closed and countries were locked down. Without her I don’t think we would have ever made it. Then she found us our dream home to boot! During times where houses were few and far between and bidding wars were rife, she pulled out all the stops, never gave up on us and our complicated circumstances and got us that house.
