Working with Deb is a dream come true. My husband has worked with Deb multiple times in the past, but for me, as a first time homeowner, I did not know what to expect from the process. I was so impressed with how easy it was to communicate with Deb, how available and knowledgeable she was, and most importantly, her exemplary negotiation skills on our behalf. She also practices her craft with the upmost integrity, and I think at this point, my husband and I would trust her with our first born child. She worked around the clock to get us our dream house to grow our family into, which was a challenge as the house had competing offers. It felt like she worked a miracle on our behalf, kept us informed throughout the process and acted always in our best interest. It felt as if she were giving us the service she would give to close family. If I could give her a 5++++ rating, I would do so!

Deb really cares about her clients! It took us a very long time to find the house that would become our long-time home and she was very patient every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, very communicative and thorough when it came to going through each house.

Deb was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the local builders, very meticulous in both walking through any houses and in ensuring the paperwork was done efficiently and ahead of any deadlines. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

Deb is both professional and very personable. Her phone calls were always positive and I enjoy our conversations. She kept in touch with me even when she was out of town. In my mind she went above and beyond what you expect of a realtor. I always recommend her when anyone I know is buying or selling property. Very good experience.

So fantastic and professional. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling. House sold in one week during December which is not typically a good time to sell.
