Upon her first visit to evaluate our home prior to recommending a listing price Deb displayed a professional capability and confidence that assured us that she was the right realtor to handle our needs. She managed the creation of a stellar movie and top quality pictures which captured the magic of our house. I honestly can't think of anything that Deb didn't do perfectly! Amazing service, friendly, professional, on top of things...what more can I say? agent seems to be available 24/ 7 i found out from using her. So far i have sold 5 propertys using her since about may for the first time having never met or heard of her before. I also got her for 2 of my neighbours to sell their homes which she did right away at a price they were impressed with recieving . I have sold over 40 propertys that i have owned in canada & us since 1976 using various agents , most i found a bit lazzy to be polite . Debbie works hard & is available 24/7 which sure beats the others i have used . I feel she costs nothing to use as she gets a better price than i can get & i do not need to listen to the buyers whinning & haggling as i have done many times in the past .
