Debby was excellent through the whole experience. The only hiccup I had was lack of communication with my banker to ensure that I knew how to handle the transaction. As a first time home buyer I expected the bank to do more of the downpayment money logistics than they did, and got caught out close to the closing date.

Debby is a great realtor who helped us sold the house within 1 week. She knows what is the best timing to launch the listing in the market and best way to negotiate to other realtors. The first offer didn’t go through due to the buyer’s financial not being approved by the bank, she re-listed our property right away and phoned other realtors who were interested. Eventually, multi offers came and she negotiated the price and conditions until 2am. To have Debby as your realtor, you will have the best service including the staging, professional photographing, and most importantly her fabulous professional skills to get the best deal in the market.

If you have ever bought a house without seeing it in person, you might understand how stressful that can be and for that you need to be working with a realtor that isn't afraid of being honest and helpful. Debby was a God sent to our lives. All of our questions were answered and she was always reachable to help with everything we needed. Debby really went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our home in Calgary and we really can't recommend her enough. Everything was done in such a professional yet heartfelt manner. I feel that she truly is our first friend in Calgary! Honestly, don't hesitate. Debby is the best realtor we have worked with in years! Luciane C.

I have never been a person who likes to write reviews, but this time, I really want to tell you about my experience with this wonderful Real Estate Agent. Debby Momm is not a referral from anyone, but an Agent I just randomly found from the Internet. She was the first agent calling me to reply my "looking for an agent" request. After reading some reviews about her written by other people, I decided to choose her. I live in Toronto and my family has a rental property in Calgary. In January 2021, the tenant moved out without notifying me. I couldn’t get hold of the tenant and the tenant was two months behind in rent. I asked a friend of mine, who lives in Calgary, to check on the property and found out the tenant had moved out. I was very worried because of Covid 19, I could not fly to Calgary to take care of the situation in person. And it was decided, to sell the property. After my first phone conversation with Debby Momm in March, she immediately went to inspect the house, but it was locked. She helped to arrange a locksmith to unlock the door and upon entry, the home was a complete wreck. With her contacts, she arranged a contractor to renovate the house to make it more presentable. She even went to the appliance store to replace the refrigerator and stove with her own funds. With her wise advice, I contacted the insurance company for a claim on the vinyl siding from ice storm damage. She also helped me find a roof repair company to replace the shingles, bought plants for the front entrance of the house and even line up help for the final cleaning. As I am from Ontario, she introduced a lawyer to help me handle the whole process of selling the house. From the first time I talked with her on the phone in March until the property was listed on the market in September, she worked hard for me to deal with the things that were not within the scope of her work as a Real Estate Agent. I own a few properties in Toronto, but I have never met an agent who is that dedicated to helping the client. Even though it was not an expensive home (around $320K), Debbie still put her whole heart to help me with all matters. It was seven months renovating the home and two months listing it before it was sold. It was all Debbie’s effort, connections, professionalism, and perseverance that got the job done. The property was just sold in November at an ideal price. Debbie, from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much for everything that you have done for me! I look forward to meeting you in person the next time I come out to Calgary.
