What a disappointment. We were on the purchaser side of a transaction with David Richardson. Getting information was difficult, communication was difficult, and when we finally put in our offer for the full asking price of the property, he told us his client wanted $200,000.00 more than what the property was listed for. Buyer beware, if you're looking at his listings. I found this to be incredibly dishonest.

In late March 2017 we decided to sell our Kits townhome of 14 years, step out of the market and downsize. The timing seemed right and we were ready for a change—but where to start? Finding the right realtor had to be our first and probably most important decision, so we did our research and interviewed our shortlist. The wow factor for us was the service package that David and Sarah provide at their own cost that goes well beyond industry standard: powerwashing, planting, 2 housecleanings, 2 junk removals and carpet cleaning, all in addition to a staging consult, expert photography, professional floor plans, etc. Their entire extended team of suppliers are just as professional and personable as David and Sarah are. On the money side, David’s experience and knowledge really paid off. In a fast changing market he advised not to fix on a list price until right before we went to market, but still applying his benchmark rule that the right price will sell any property in any market within 3 weeks. That proven approach gave us great peace of mind…and an accepted offer within 11 days of listing! Thank you David and Sarah!
