I have known and worked with David for around 11 years. The most recent was buying a home in the fall of 2020. The market was crazy houses were selling faster than we could look at them and going way over asking with multiple offers. He did it again we got are beutiful home under the asking price. We hope to stay here for a while. Thanks again. The first time I worked with him I was just getting back in the market and we looked at a few houses. I picked one and he said "you want that one?". The house was rough, David ended up getting it for considerable off asking. We lived there for around 7 years. David ended selling it way over asking with multiple offer in less than a week. Our next house he sold again, over asking multiple offers in less than a week. It's been a pleasure working with David but hopefully it not a while for us.
