<p>Dat is an exceptional real estate agent and business man. From the very beginning of our search to find our home he was eager to assist us and unbelievably patient with our picky and indecisiveness. Even in this hot market, and despite the fact that we were let down numerous times, he was diligent in assisting us with finding everything we were looking for in a home, and aggressive enough to go in head on and do what was needed to for us to be successful in getting the home we wanted.</p> <p>Dat was available any time of day or night, to answer any questions or look into the plethora of properties we were interested in....even when it was a walk in, and walk right back out as it wasn't what we were expecting, he managed to stay motivated and push for us to move on to the next opportunity. I am sure deep down he was screaming with frustration...but he kept it together and his professionalism is something to aspire to. Dat communicated absolutely everything there was to know and insisted that we be kept in the loop at all times.</p> <p>I would strongly recommend Dat as a real estate agent to anyone looking to purchase any kind of property. He is amazing at what he does and well seasoned in providing incredible service.</p>
