We had an absolutely stellar experience with Clark. We purchased our home in 2018, and just sold an investment property with him last month. The whole time he was communicative, negotiated hard to get us the best deal, and was professional the entire time. He knew everything about our complex and neighborhood, and was able to get us $20,000 over asking price! We are thrilled at how smoothly everything went; we barely had to do anything and he took care of all the paperwork and details. Highly recommended 5/5!

Clark Hitchcock did an outstanding job for us selling our commercial building. There was always lots of people viewing it and several offers as well. Unfortunately a party couldn’t get their financing so that did not complete but Clark kept going. This winter he advertised more and worked harder on our behalf and we sold at a good price.
