<p>I can't say enough good about Chris! He sold our house in half the amount of time he'd told us to expect, negotiated and finalized the sale within 4 house of the first offer being placed, and guided us through the entire process as this was our first time selling a house. He went above and beyond the job description by taking initiative on odds and ends that needed doing (shoveling our walk when we were out of town, scrubbing a dirty spot he noticed on our stove, and arranging a contractor for a minor repair we needed done). He was always quick to return calls or emails and provided us with all the information we needed along the way. His excellent negotiating got us a fantastic sale price on our home and he closed the deal quickly and without any issues. We would highly recommend his services.</p>
