Cheryl was excellent to work with and made the process very smooth. She knew what we were looking for and knew exactly how to get it and had our house sell for way above anyone else's in the neighbourhood at the time. She knows the market very well. Now that our home is under construction and we have a closing date, that date has now been pushed by 2 months and none of the delay is due to Covid-19 or anything. I will say I am disappointed Cheryl did not have anything put in the contract for such thing happening. For example, we would be paid by the builder for each day they are late which I have come to find out is very common to have in your contract and wish I knew this ahead of time. But I would still not hesitate to use Cheryl again.

Cheryl has been there for me over the years helping me buy and sell. I can count on her to give me all the information needed for me to make a decision that I feel confident that will have a positive outcome. I recommend Cheryl to all my friends and family without hesitation.

Cheryl was very easy to work with ,find out answers for us very quick. If we had any questions she got answers very fast. She checked in with us to see if we understood every part of process. Even when l had questions that were little she was happy to answer. Cheryl is very professional and easy to work with. Buying a new build we thought would be hard ,Cheryl made it very easy. She made our buying very easy and straight forward. I would definitely recommend Cheryl to friends and family Awesome job Cheryl was a pleasure working with you.
