Super Personal and just all around amazing human. She is so down to earth and gets the job done and is a super negotiator. She works so hard for her clients and does no pressure sales . She is super knowledgeable about the real estate market . Go with Cheryl you will not be disappointed!!

It was just by luck that Cheryl became our real estate agent. I was 3 years from retiring and my husband and I had previously planned to move closer to our kids in Ft Sask, AB. I was on my laptop, perusing the Edm and area MLS listings and I must have come across one of her listings or she answered a question about one of the properties I had asked or something like that. She asked what we were looking for and what was on our wish list and then asked if she could set me up for automatic alerts for condo’s that are for sale in my preferred area.....3 yrs later, and many conversations with Cheryl, we finally found a condo and we were ready to purchase. Cheryl dug in and didn’t quit until the end. She had a little extra work in front of her as we live in Saskatchewan but she knew exactly what had to be done. She helped us with the bank, and the Lawyer.....and the condo rules........etc..and she continued to support us through the process. We couldn’t initially move in to the condo and Cheryl stepped up and offered to help us find a tenant! And when that tenant moved out, we called her, in a panic, and she stepped in again and found the next tenant. She works tirelessly for her clients and I believe she will be there for her clients years after the ‘Deal’ was done. We couldn’t have ‘lucked’ into a better agent for our needs. Not only is she extremely knowledgable and professional, she’s is a super nice person! Thanks for everything, Cheryl and Remax!

Love her! Anything Cheryl does she does to help others. She was honest about the areas and homes that she knew we wouldn't like living in. If your fortunate enough to have her help you out she'll do right by your needs and your budget without a doubt. It took her only a couple days to find an amazing place well within our budget.

Cheryl was totally committed to my sale. She was always available and went far beyond my expectations. Due to it being a buyers market, Cheryl spent a lot of time researching and comparing prices to get me the best price.
