I couldn't have asked for anything more from Channing! With all the anxieties and stress that come with being a first time home buyer, it was comforting to work with someone that was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable about the various communities, housing structures, the entire buying process, etc. He was always professional and patient and had no issues answering the millions of questions I asked. He went above and beyond to help me find my home, provide advice, and connect me with other professionals all throughout the process. I look forward to turning my house into a home and I wouldn't have been able to do it with Channing's help.

As a first time homebuyer with very little knowledge, it was clear he has a passion for helping others find somewhere to call home. He truly cares about his clients and listens to what they want and need in a property. Channing was helpful every step of the way. He was extremely understanding of the many questions asked at all hours of the day/night and weekends. His communication skills were professional and welcoming every time. He welcomed us with open arms at every showing on time and ready with important information such as neighbourhood and property knowledge. Channing was non bias but also voiced his concerns and pointing things out based on his professional opinion. Lastly, Channing has a very good understanding regarding negotiation tactics to ensure his clients are getting what they want out of the property experience. He guided us through every step of the way. I cannot recommend Channing enough if you want a relaxed, passionate, knowledgeable and understanding agent to work with. We are happy to have found a property that we love thanks to Channing, however, we will miss seeing him day in and day out.

I recently purchased my first home with help and support from Channing C.. A real state agent who is prepared as a professional to guide and assist you throughout the whole process. The key details, communicating all the time respectfully and professionally. Channing was willing to facilitate and back my decisions at the time of negotiation which demonstrates his honesty and principle according to the status of the property and my personal situation. I already recommended him a couple of times to friends and colleagues.

Channing is always super professional. This time, I was on the selling end, vs. the buying end, and I had tenants renting the home I was selling. Channing made it extremely easy for tenants and I. He was very knowledgeable and took over communication between all parties. Everything was seamless. Channing was able to answer any questions I had and his communication via text, email or phone was superb. I will continue to work with Channing for all my real estate needs, both buying, selling or anything in between.
