I have dealt with Rick on 2 separate occasions personally, both were time sensitive and challenging situations and he was absolutely amazing. 1 time selling 1 time buying. Inquires and any concerns I had were dealt with immediately. My stress level was high and Rick knew exactly what to do and say to alleviate all of my worries. We arrived in Kelowna and made one phone call to Brad to get some information on one of his listings. He wasn’t available so I left a message on his phone regarding his listing. He called me back shortly after and gave me the info. He ended up showing us a different property which we subsequently bought! Brad was very prompt and thorough and forthright in all of his actions. He really knows the real estate businesses and I would highly recommend him to any one buying or selling!
