Bob sold my condo a few years ago and was very supportive and knowledgeable. His marketing techniques are both innovative and fun. Therefore he was an obvious choice as our realtor when we decided to move back to Sechelt and buy a home. He alerted us immediately when an ideal rancher with a view came on the market. He had stopped to see it on his way to the ferry and texted us at once. We got on a ferry the next morning and bought it. He understood our needs perfectly!

I was able to work remotely, with Bob on the Sunshine Coast, and me in Ontario. He had a good understanding of what I was looking for, and had many connections with properties that were not yet listed, but might be interested in selling.

He is great to work with, has tons of expertise and knowledge in the markets and it was a huge asset to have an agent so familiar with the Coast, the market and the people.
