We met Binda through a referral from the superintendent in the condo buildilng. We contacted her about her listing and she came right over to chat with us. The sale had some delicate issues and an out of country owner. She was awesome and held our hands throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend Binda for your real estate needs. Lovely lady, very friendly and helpful.

Binda went above and beyond my expectations I would highly recommend her as she is very hard worker and was very considerate. She went out of her way to make this a good experience as well as a fun one. I think of Binda now as a personal friend as well as a business associate.

Buying my first house was an amazing experience with Binda! She patiently guided me through the process, and helped me to find a great house within my budget. Binda went above and beyond what I have experienced with previous agents. I have bought and sold 5 homes in the Ancaster area. She helped us with a very difficult sell. Binda did supportive things I have never seen another agent do. She always provided amazing open houses with her own flair for decorating and treats for viewers as well. We only sold thru Ms Traver (then took a rented apartment) but she couldn't have done more in the sale. She worked hard on the staging, took pics of the property and features of the whole community then had an excelant professional photographer come in to take another 100 or so pics from which the agent made up an excellent four page colour brochure. Considering it was far from being a million dollar property, we were greatly impressed with the effort she put in on the listing. When other residents of the community who were thinking of selling, they engaged Ms Traver and seemed very happy with the result.
