As first-time home buyers, my wife and I have been exposed to the real estate market at different rates. Some things we knew and some things we didn't. When it came to finding a real estate agent, we wanted to find someone who understood us, made sure that our time was used wisely and someone who would explain things to us that we didn't know. We knew that with Ben, we could tick off boxes in what we were looking for in a real estate agent. We can say, with confidence, that Ben is an amazing professional and person who works extremely hard in making you feel appreciated and comfortable in this arduous process of finding your perfect home. We noticed very quickly that he cared about us as he was always checking in on us about how we were feeling and being honest about the condition of a house. If we had a question, Ben took the time to explain to us exactly the process and details of each step and was always responsive to our text messages. Whenever we met Ben, he was always relaxed, friendly and approachable which made house hunting a fun and pleasant experience. Over the course of time, what we didn't know was that Ben would become our friend! If Ben could, he'd move mountains/homes to make you happy! Thank you, once again, Ben! It's been such a journey and we're so happy that you were part of it!
