We were referred to Ben by a real estate agent in another market. Ben helped me and my (then future) wife buy our first home in 2015, a condo in Olympic Village. 5 years later, with a kid and another on their way, we went back to Ben to help us sell that condo and look for a larger place to call home. Once again, we were very happy with the overall experience and service that Ben and his team provided. He was very happy to address my many questions at every stage and provided helpful comments to many of my unique perspectives, which helped alleviate much of the anxiety in timing the sale/buy. He helped us through our initial search criteria and was patient when we broadened it from looking at East Van duplex/townhouse to detached homes in North Van, South Surrey, Burnaby, and New West. While his experience and knowledge of the market and transaction process were very helpful, what I valued most and I believe is unique to Ben as a realtor, is his knowledge on construction. It was extremely helpful to hear his take after we went through a showing on quality of workmanship, maintenance concerns (interior and exterior), in addition to functional layout considerations. With Ben's experience in the industry, he has a lot of connections and provided us very good recommendation on a home inspector, notary, moving company, cleaners, and probably mortgage broker if we hadn't already engaged with one. The photography team he used in our listing was top notch and the photos definitely made the condo show its best yet faithful self. When it came to negotiation, we honestly felt like Ben was trying to get us the best deal possible, not simply trying to make the quickest deal. All three transactions were a bit different and Ben offered advice to our favor each time and succeeded in the negotiation. Ben and his team (mostly working Anna) were extremely fast and accurate in setting up appointments, confirming showings, and completing and processing the paper (digital) work. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Ben again in the future and we've already recommended him to a friend.

We highly recommend Ben and his team. They are professionals, always on top of the communication, have great advice. We sold our condo and bought a townhouse, the process is stressful but Ben and his team helped us making as smoothly as it can be.
