Ashley helped me get a great deal. Even it was my first time to buy a property, I'm very satisfied and everything was running smoothly with her. She is responsive to any questions as an experienced professional and very knowledgeable in market analysis of what a realistic value for the house. She pointed out the pros and cons of the property while we were viewing. So I could easily compare their value as well as characteristics. I had a great experience with Ashley and I highly recommend her to my family and friends. I will contact her when I need her again!

Ashley was very helpful in aiding our daughter with her first home purchase. She knew there was a definite crunch in time to find a property and get possession as fast as possible in order to get our daughter out of bad living conditions in a basement suite and was able to achieve this goal and negotiate with the builder for a quick possession date. Ashley was very professional in dealing with the bank, who at times were very frustrating due to their ability to get things done in a timely fashion. However possession was obtained on the date required and our daughter is very happy in her new home and we have been given the peace of mind that her safety and well being and financial outlook have been secured!
