My husband and I used Garrard Poirier Group when buying our first home & we couldn’t have been happier! Amanda and Ashlee were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are both very professional, knowledge, and supportive. No matter how many homes we went to look at, they never made us feel rushed. Buying a home is a stressful process, but having Ashlee and Amanda as our agents, made it fun and exciting! It was clear to us that they are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and property value. With the market having changed not too long ago, it was so helpful to have them to turn to for guidance and advice. When we did make an offer, they supported us through each step of the process. They also were very proactive about ensuring we got everything done in time for closing. We knew they had our back, & we could rely on them! We were so glad to have had Ashlee and Amanda as our real estate agents for such an important and big purchase in our lives.We highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling!!
