Was very comfortable using this agent. Helped me out with all the steps in buying a house. If I had a question he had or found the answer. Agreed with my decision on negotiating.

He immediately started searching for the house that met our specifications and set up viewings within days that fit our busy schedule. He always made himself available to answer all of our many questions and flexible with our developing vision. He was always professional, personable and efficient. He made our house shopping experience less stressful and found us the house of our dreams. We would recommend Art to anyone.

I feel that this was a difficult sale for various reasons and Art Urbanowski went beyond our expectations in helping to prepare the house for sale and when it was sold he went beyond our expectations in helping to pack, move etc. I would recommend Art very highly to anyone wishing to list their property.
