As we are currently in the lower mainland, we couldn’t get up the Lake Country in time to view the property. Annette did a FaceTime walk through with us, showing the features, answering our questions, and showing us details when we asked. She promptly provided all the necessary documents for our review. Her experience came through when interacting with the seller’s agent, and she wrote a note to the sellers explaining our situation. She provided excellent guidance in how to offer in this current market. Our initial reason to contact Annette was a recommendation from our son and daughter-in-law who she helped buy their home in Lake Country. They were very impressed by her service.
