I have been working with Angie from Feb-21 till Sept-21, She is very patient, honest ,realistic & professional Realtor. She guided me to buy a nice town house within my budget with fair price (lower than my mortgage pre-approval value by almost 10%) considering 2021 is one of the hottest years in the Canadian real-estate market history. Angie always gives sincere advice without pushing giving the buyer full chance to make their own mind.

Angie was available to us at all hours and went above and beyond what would be expected from an agent. She promptly responded to all of our emails and texts and was always looking out for us. She truly cares for her clients and puts forth every effort to help them.

Angie was very knowledgeable and provided me with various resources to buy and sell my home. She always reassured me throughout the process and carefully responded to my many questions. She has a lot of experience, she’s great at listening to her clients’ needs and I knew from the start I could count on her to get the job done. She goes above and beyond for her clients and even helped me stage my home for preparation to sell. Angie helped me buy my dream home and I’m extremely grateful to have her as my agent!
