Amanda Ridding is the ideal realtor. She is HONEST (which is a rare trait in her line of work), reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for a realtor look no further Amanda Ridding is the best there is. I will recommend her to everyone I know.

Amanda was exceptional in researching the properties she showed us and would go above and beyond with all aspects from checking for permits on the properties, building code (we were looking for a house with basement apartment) and recommending designs ideas & contractors given her history of home construction and being a landlord. She always kept us up to date on homes and throughout the buying process. She understood exactly what we were looking for because she took the time to get to know us and listened to us. Amanda never tried to "just make a sale", she wanted to see us happy and stay within our budget so we can live comfortably. Plus she has amazing knowledge of Barrie and the greater surrounding area as she has been there her whole life. Thanks Amanda for all your hard work, we greatly appreciate it and couldn't be happier!
