Alexi was nothing short of amazing. Went above and beyond to find us a home that was perfect for us. Nothing was too much from us - questions or things we didn’t know about. Just a real pleasure and I love she is local also! Always nice to use someone who lives in your own small mountain town :)

We have bought and sold many properties over the years, both for investment and for recreation. In our search for a Whistler property, we wanted someone who would be invested in our interests, who could help in the difficult process of sifting through hundreds of properties to find something that suited our exact needs, while making a wise investment that would prove financially beneficial over time. As experienced buyers, we did not want someone with little experience or care about our wants. From the start, Alexi devoted herself to helping us find the exact property we were looking for. She regularly updated us in person and by phone about new properties coming on the market, and current trends which could affect our purchasing expectations. She thoroughly researched all properties coming available, and made a point of showing us a variety that would help educate us on property types and prices. The entire process took months. Just when we were considering giving up finding anything, Alexi took the extraordinary step of approaching the owner of a property we had previously been interested in, but who had taken their property off the market. She negotiated an acceptable price with the owner’s agent, a difficult process due to the owner’s second-guessing. She demonstrated professionalism and kindness during the entire process, offering us suggestions which would meet the seller’s needs without jeopardizing relations and potentially the sale. Alexi continued to work with us on potential renovations other issues post-sale, with no hesitation. We have never experienced this type of commitment and service. We could not have found a better realtor to represent us. She provided a service which was far superior to any realtor we have ever dealt with, through all our decades of buying and selling. I recommend her heartily.
