Alex spent more than two weeks helping me find the right apartment in Toronto. I was relocating from New York City and he took it upon himself to familiarize me with the Toronto market. In the past 5 years, I have dealt with my fair share of realtors in New York and Chicago, and I can easily say that Alex was the BEST person I've worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and considerate throughout the process. Alex put together 4(!) written offers on my behalf until one went through. He was always eager to help me find the best deal and push back when landlords made unreasonable demands. I know for sure that if you go with Alex, you will have an advocate that's acting in your best interest. He is extremely accessible and responsive. I don't think it ever took him more than 30 mins to respond to an email, text or return a phone call. Alex is very well connected in Toronto and those connections helped us view apartments as soon as they got on the market. Beyond his unmatched professional skills, Alex is simply a very genuine person. He showed real interest in his client and listened. After a few brief conversations, he was able to pin point exactly what I wanted and showed me more than a half dozen apartments, that were all perfect for my needs. He scheduled the viewings in the evenings to accommodate my work schedule and was always very courteous and flexible. If you're looking for an honest advocate, then Alex is your guy. Alex went above and beyond to provide impeccable client service! I am very pleased and look forward to working Alex again on all my future real estate needs.

Alex assured my husband and I that he would be able to sell the condo in these trying times during the pandemic, and he was right. He got it sold. My husband and I were very anxious about the situation, but Alex was able to calm us down and help us through this sale. I would definitely recommend to use him again.
