<p>My name is Chris Stagg, I recently purchased a condominium, which closed August 12, 2016, Alejandro Baez was my real estate agent. I can't say enough good things about Alejandro, we looked at seventy condominiums, that's a lot of condos, was always patient never rushed, we kept going till we found the one for me. He knew what and where I wanted, Alejandro answered the phone every time I called, and I don't know if the deal could have been closed at all at the end, if Alejandro hadn't been my agent, there were a few crazy things that happened in the closing, but Alejandro calmly and smoothly made it all happen. <p>I sold my restaurant ! Thanks, Alejandro ! There are a lot of hiding stones when you sell ( or buy) a restaurant. A "normal" agent just don't know about them. I found that Alejandro has the knowledge to ease your way through the selling process, by PREVENTING for these stones to harm or slow your deal. He helped to asses the business and advised on which documents I need to start working without delay, as those were the ones that took longer to get. His attitude is very positive, and the follow up is impressive and very helpful. My strong advice to anybody looking to sell ( or buy) a commercial property - Contact Alejandro ! - He knows what he is doing ! Once again, Thank you, Alejandro !</p>

Even after sales service was excellent.<br /> If you have a property to sell and want it done right get Alejandro/ you will not be disappointed.<br /> Alejandro is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home. <p>I bought a restaurant back in March and Alejandro was the agent working for the seller. During viewings and meetings with him he was very honest and willing to answer and questions the seller's couldn't. He did his research on the property and the business. Anything I needed he was there. He made multiple trips out of town to get paperwork signed and the things we needed to get the deal closed. I could not believe how hard this guy works and how honest he is. Most agents just want to line their pockets with commissions and that's all they are about. He is truly about the relationship and having repeat clients. Seven months later my wife and I were looking for a new house and there was no debate in who we would use as our agent. Alejandro always picks up our calls and if he can't he returns them right away. He must have taken us to 25 places. He picked us up and dropped us off as well. A deal came through and he could have had a quick sale and good commission but he advised my wife and I that the monthly maintenance fees, and utility bills were very high and we should think twice about the purchase and we did. Instead of worrying about the commission he was more worried about us. A week later he found us our perfect house. This guy does his job with integrity and will work his a*s off for you. Any future real estate; business or home he is the only person I will ever use.</p>
