When I first met Adrian he struck me immediately as very friendly and approachable. As I was looking for a rental property, we sat down and discussed various areas of the city and the pros and cons of each one. Starting off this way helped me feel comfortable going forward. All throughout the process Adrian had, or would find, answers for the MANY questions I had and was ALWAYS patient and willing to put in the time to help me understand. Adrian has a vast amount of knowledge in the real estate arena and works with a very experienced team he can draw on if needed. This isn't the first rental property I've purchased but with Adrian it was the easiest. I wish I would have found him right at the beginning and saved myself a head full of grey hairs!
