<p>A.J. went above and beyond our expectations after a year of a realtor who seemed afraid to communicate honestly. A.J. jumped right in telling me where I needed to make changes. I feel these changes finally lead to the sale of my home I was very pleased she knew where to market my home and that the listing needed more coverage than just the local papers. AJ is very easy to talk to answering any concerns I had and quick to respond. I appreciated that she didn't give me false hope but did reassure me that there was going to be a sale. I think her honest approach gave way to opening the door to more clients viewing my home. It was refreshing to work alongside A.J if she saw something that needed to be done to make the showing more successful. I felt secure that if I noticed something out of order, even something like the sign falling over, I could make A.J aware and it would be fixed immediately. She was on top of everything making the process much less stressful. When it came time to look at property to buy,A.J made herself available to take us around to view other properties. A.J. always presents herself in a professional manner with a pleasant tone, bright smile, and genuine caring demeanor. I would highly recommend her to friends, family, and anyone looking for a good, honest, straight shooter of a realtor.</p>
