I had the pleasure of working with Jarrod and Karolina back in 2015 and in 2021. They are both extremely professional, courteous, and amazing to work with! They always answered any questions I had and took the time to explain things, and to help me understand everything along the way. They are both very extremely knowledgeable and caught up with current market trends. I highly recommend working with them!

It's no surprise that they are ranked 5 stars. Had the pleasure of working with both Jarrod and Karolina. They helped me with my first home purchase, in the midst of Covid. I highly recommend them. To name some key aspects (not exhaustive): i) Patience - Can't even recall how many viewings we had but it was plenty over the space of a year. They accommodated my busy work schedule and met with me late evening and weekends; ii) Expertise - I would review the listing, send the ones I liked to Jarrod and he would always chime him and give me his advice and recommendations. He would point things out I would have never have realized (developments soon to come adjacent to a space; light; ect.) and after getting to know each other, I could trust that if he said I wouldn't like a place, I know I wouldn't; and iii) Execution - When the time came that I found a place I liked, and we placed an offer, Jarrod executed the offer with absolute finesse. He was able to strategically place my offer and in the end, I saved a ton of money and got the property that I loved. If you're lucky enough to work with either Jarrod or Karolina, you will not be disappointed.

Jarrod and Karolina went the extra mile selling my parents home in Toronto. Everything from the intial consultation, preparing, staging, marketing, listing and negotiations went smoothly and stress free on our part. We were very very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them.
