Mark was absolutely wonderful during the sale of my home, but was even more impressive during my search and eventual purchase of my new home. He has a vast knowledge of a variety of regions throughout Southern Ontario. He also has great knowledge of municipal topics, potential issues of every property, and an ability to access resources in a timely manner to fulfill conditions for making a solid offer. The best attribute, however, is that Mark truly gets to know you and your wants and needs and helps you navigate all the different ways you can find properties with great patience and professionalism. Mark drove all over the Niagara Region whenever and where ever I asked to help me through a very important purchase and always did it with kindness and caring.
