Karen did an exceptional job with helping us buy our new home! We are moving to a different city and she was always willing to meet with us with our odd schedules to discuss our options; she was very prompt in responding to all communication to keep us in the loop! Karen is a wonderful agent who cares about her clients. My husband and I are very different in communication styles and she was able to effectively communicate with the both of us. She put our best interests first and did everything in her power to help us get what we wanted. She was always on time in picking us up to take us to viewings as well as going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. She gave us sound advice about recent sale prices in the area and didn’t push us past our comfort level with offers. She was knowledgeable about the properties that she showed us and she fought for our best interests. She was attentive to the details of the house and provided recommendations for us. She always presented herself in a professional manner (also easy going and very easy to talk to) and provided us with numerous options so we didn’t feel like we were forced into making a decision.
