Alex was an exceptional realtor to work with. We were initially introduced to another realtor through a friend. This realtor started out on a positive note and appeared to be engaged in the selling of our house. However, overtime they seems disinterested and never once hosted an open house. Then the realtor walked away from the listing. It was a very stressful ordeal to go through and an unprofessional experience. Then came along Alex Ward to our rescue. From start to finish Alex was engaged, and displayed our house on realtor websites with quality photos and a video. He was professional, honest and wonderful to work with. He hosted open houses and eventually helped close the deal on our house. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend Alex Ward.
