Scott is a thorough, knowledgeable, and committed real estate agent. We had been looking for the right property for many years. When the perfect place finally came up for sale, he guided us through the purchase process, securing a better price than we had thought we could get, and narrowly avoiding a bidding war. When it came time to list our property, his knowledge and advice made a potentially stressful process manageable. He was always available for questions and we always felt like he was working with our best interests in mind.

Scott has been the best realtor I have dealt with to date. He has been patient, informative and stood his ground when needed. Scott always made himself available to us and we never felt like we were second class. He even helped out by distracting our kids during viewings! I would highly recommend him to anyone no matter if you are buying/selling or what the budget is.

Scott was an excellent agent. This was my first time in the restate market. Scott guided me on expectations, and what I could achieve. He was patient and always in my corner. He moved quickly and not only negotiate a reduced price but when there was issues on the last walk through he negotiated with the other realtor to have the issues to be addressed in a expedient manner. He contacted my lender when they had created an error, which helped me get a reduced price. He can recommend professionals to assist you in a number of aspects beyond just restate such as lawyers, inspectors, and painters. I would high recommend Scott to be your agent.
