Lisa is Amazing! We love having her for our realtor! She is very easy to communicate with and super quick to respond with our inquiries and get us information. Once we discussed what our needs and wants were, she dialed in right away showing us properties relevant to us. She is very knowledgeable and was always offering us information and tips about the properties and what is going on in the area. We were out of province for the offer and closing process and she made it seamless. Can not say enough good about Lisa...5 star...would Highly recommend!

Lisa was very diligent in everything that she did. Lisa stayed on top of the seller consistently to get things done that needed to be done prior to closing. She answered all of my questions and always took my calls, if she couldn't she called me as soon as she was available, which was very timely. I had requested to see the house more than once, I think it was 3-4 times prior to making an offer and she went out of her way to make this happen. Lisa knows the area very well and knew what area in Smiths Falls was best suited for my needs. I appreciated her advice, openness, honesty and her directness in purchasing my home. I had been burned by a real estate agent in the past, dealing with Lisa is and was a total 360 from my first experience! I would definitely attain her services if I were to sell or purchase again.
