I worked with Navneet twice and both times we got very good deals . He was very attentive and responsive to our needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the area, including amenities and potential re-sale of various neighbourhoods. He is very pleasant to deal with and makes you feel so important you would think you are his only client. He was very attentive to our requests and answered all of our questions with utmost urgency. We were very pleased with the services that Navneet and his team provided and we would highly recommend him!

Working with Navneet exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Navneet was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my partner and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Navneet was willing to meet us late in the evening to view houses and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. When we first met Navneet, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of homes and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Navneet would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Navneet also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with.
