Being from out of town, I only had limited time to come to Kelowna and fix up my rental unit before listing it. Brendan came in and gave me great advice on where I should focus my limited time and money on quick renos before listing to get the best possible returns.<br /> The listing was phenomenal and attracted a lot of people on the very first day. The house went into a 3 person bidding war on the very first day and sold way over asking price. All of this happened while I was out of town, and so he had to be very involved and attentive. Nothing about our journey was easy - through no fault of Brendan's - but he patiently got us through and we are now happily in our new home. He will get the job done and follow through but never with any pressure. We don't plan on selling anytime soon but, if we did, we would definitely have Brendan handle it for us.</p>
