Melody was amazing to have as a realtor! As first time home buyers, we were a little overwhelmed with the idea of buying a home. But Melody made it an educational, and very fun process. From answering all of our questions with a smile to helping us lock in our dream home, she was the best. Highly recommend!

Melody was amazing at walking us through the process of selling our parents home. It was an emotional time and she was very compassionate and patient dealing with their declining health. She was always available to us and dealt with all our questions and concerns along the way. I highly recommend Melody and wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Melody was very knowledgeable concerning the general market and our geographical location specifically. She was diligent in setting up the advertising, effective in dealing with interested parties, helpful with suggestions, realistic with expectations, forward thinking about possible outcomes, patient and resourceful when dealing with the sale of the family home given that my aged parents required some assistance in signing documents. Overall, it was a great experience. She actually was the agent that sold the home to my parents 15 years earlier. Given that experience was so good, we didn't hesitate to go back to her for the sale of the same property.
