The Challenge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Terry wrote to RankMyAgent(RMA) that \u201cpeople would do reviews wherever they wanted\u201d. This poses a two-fold issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients (and non-clients) leave reviews of real estate businesses online, wherever they want, whenever they want, however they want. Reviewers that perhaps have minimal to no real experience with the agent were qualified to leave reviews on google, Yelp, Facebook, and even more with no verification in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, while stray, unverified reviews slip through the cracks on the internet, Terry and Darci were more concerned with how muddy the digital waters are: good reviews from real clients were spread out online \u201cgoogle, yelp, Facebook, email us, etc. and then we would have to copy and paste onto our website\u201d <\/em>said Darci. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The process of copying reviews to Terry\u2019s website was time-consuming, tedious, and there was still no single, verified, third-party site for reviews to be collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Terry joined RankMyAgent in December of 2013 and began to streamline his review collection process with RMA. RMA is that single, verified, third-party site for all Terry\u2019s reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, all these reviews that are automatically shared across the web via RMA are 100% verified \u2013 no cherry-picking for just the best reviews and no spam reviews either. Darci says that \u201csearching for Terry brings up the reviews, hence the leads\u201d because clients get to see \u201cREAL vetted reviews from a reliable source\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Outcome<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since joining in 2013, Terry has collected 117 reviews and counting, with a star rating of 4.98 on RMA surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
