So, preparing a meal ahead of time can be challenging when you\ndon\u2019t know when you\u2019ll even have the time to eat. This can make fast food\noptions tempting. But by preparing healthy snacks, like vegetables and fruits,\nbeforehand or by making sure you have time to eat, you can avoid unhealthy and\nexpensive fast foods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s also important to get enough rest. Agents commonly get caught up\nin paperwork and emails after a long day. But that shouldn\u2019t be a reason to\nstay up when you have an early morning the next day. Yes, agents need to reply\nto emails and messages from clients quickly, but no one expects a response at\n11PM. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helpguide.org\/articles\/sleep\/sleep-needs-get-the-sleep-you-need.htm\">National Sleep Foundation<\/a> suggests at least\n7-9 hours of sleep a night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, busy schedules can make it hard to find time to maintain fitness. But <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/opinions\/exercise-increases-productivity\/\">many studies<\/a> have found that a bit of exercise can make you more productive throughout your day. So that one-hour of workouts at home or at the park could mean a return on investment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make these Healthy Habits a Daily Habit <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While it\u2019s easy to know that eating healthy, sleeping well, and\nexercising are good for you, it\u2019s harder to execute. This is why you need to\nmake them a daily habit. For example, making healthy eating a daily habit could\nstart with meal prepping. While it might seem daunting, meal prepping is easier\nthan ever now with Instant Pots and other similar pressure cookers. This can ensure that that workout sessions or jogs becomes part of your routine.
