For instance, the brokerage found incidents of the public posting\nnegative reviews about specific REALTORS\u00ae, once the review was live, the\nauthors refused to respond when asked to identify themselves.&nbsp; The brokerage reported that it had no record\nof doing business with the author of the negative review.
