The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a cumbersome process to send out\nreview requests without having a system in place, Laura said. Before\nRankMyAgent (RMA), Laura had to compose her own emails to clients,\nindividually, and send them out manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also found it challenging to promote\nand share her reviews online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, as the reviews she collected\nprior to using RMA, were only featured on her own website and listing packages,\nunless people already knew about her, she wouldn\u2019t be easy to find on popular\nsearch engines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura used RMA to request reviews from\nher clients using the branded emails available on the platform. This proved to\nbe more time efficient and it made it easy to add collecting reviews in her\nbusiness processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After joining, Laura compiled reviews\nfrom past and current clients to feature on her website and social media\nplatforms. She added review collection to her business workflow which\nultimately simplified the entire review collection process upon each closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, Laura\u2019s reviews are easily spotted\non the RankMyAgent website, Laura\u2019s professional site and her social media\nplatforms through the use of RMA\u2019s built-in automation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These reviews not only boost Laura\u2019s SEO\nand findability through search engines, but they immediately add a lot of trust\nand credibility when potential new clients are researching her and her work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of hard work and easy-to-use tools on RMA, Laura now has 161 reviews as of today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura says she is\ngetting many calls from people who are finding out about her work when they\ngoogle Ottawa REALTORS\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her words:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m getting so many calls!\u201d Laura said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are being very systematic about\nasking for reviews and my return rate is pretty good, I think. I\u2019m getting\ncontacted by so many strangers because they found me when searching for agents\nin Ottawa on your website… almost too many to handle!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m pretty good at converting leads, but\nwhen they contact me because they have seen unedited reviews, it really makes\nall the difference and puts so much trust in me soon into our relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Result <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since joining RMA, Laura credits six deals in the past six months to her honest and verified reviews featured on RMA. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n
