When asked about how she first started, she says \u201cAfter many years in the corporate finance and banking world, I joined my husband and business partner in real estate in 2009. Not only does Duncan have a passion for her job, but she also loves helping her community as well. As a member of 100 Women Who Care Regina<\/a>, she meets with other philanthropic women who donate locally, and connect to benefit charities in Regina. She was also recognized as the Top Contributing Miracle Agent for the Children\u2019s Miracle Network<\/a> (CMN) supporting the Jim Pattison Children\u2019s Hospital in 2022. In October 2022, she was the \u201cChampion Agent of Motorcycle for Miracles,\u201d and was honoured to sign the CMN that was auctioned to RE\/MAX agents to raise money for CMN. The signed flag ended up raising over $31,000 for CMN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duncan also volunteered at Souls Harbour<\/a>, a Christian charity that rescues individuals from poverty or addiction by providing food, clothing, shelter, and Life Changing Recovery Programs. \u201cGiving my time to help others provides a real sense of purpose and connection with our community. Supporting others during the ups and downs of life is fulfilling.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When she\u2019s not working, Duncan loves competitive golf, camping, travelling to explore new destinations, and of course, spending time with family. Attending Saskatchewan Roughrider and Edmonton Oiler games with her husband is another hobby of hers. She also enjoys sharing the excitement of a new home purchase or sale with her clients. \u201cThere can be a tonne of emotion when it comes to home sales. It’s a privilege to be a part of that journey with my clients and their families.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back on her success this past year, she says \u201cIt would not be possible without the support of my family, friends and past clients who continue to place their trust in me to help them achieve their real estate goals. The referrals from past clients is one of the key reasons for my continued success and I am extremely grateful.\u201d <\/strong>Duncan is willing to go to great lengths to help her clients prepare their home for sale. This means anywhere from cleaning KPs lights, to finalizing negotiations on her laptop during a REALTOR\u00ae recognition night.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
