Hunt remarks that the post-pandemic buyer\u2019s market of 2022 was unprecedented – \u201ccoming out of the pandemic I don’t think anyone was quite ready for the market we had in the spring, which sprang much earlier than usual<\/strong>\u201d. Despite the excitement of such an in-demand spring market, the agent had kept his goal steadily set on his clients\u2019 experience. \u201cIt was a challenging time for buyers, being in competing offer situations most of the time and with properties selling sometimes literally within minutes of hitting the market<\/strong>\u201d, says Hunt. Yet, these tense situations reveal exactly why he is committed to the real estate profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEven throughout those challenges we found new homes for and helped many happy buyers, and in those moments, I am reminded why I do this for my living<\/strong>\u201d, says Hunt. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

 The real estate agent uses his love of motorcycles for good by participating in the annual charity rides \u201cChoppers for Charity<\/a>\u201d for the Alberta and Stollery Children\u2019s Hospitals and \u201cThe Distinguished Gentleman\u2019s Ride<\/a>\u201d to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health. In lieu of Christmas cards, the realtor and his team also donates to Ups and Downs – Calgary Down Syndrome Association<\/a> as a way to support and raise awareness for the organization. Hunt feels honoured to ride for these causes and ally with the community remarking that the groups are \u201cvery deserving and allows me to have a great ride with a great group of men and women while supporting the charity raising donations<\/strong>\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
